ADMISSIONS UNDER NRI QUOTA
General :
The provisions contained in this set of regulations govern the policies and
procedures on the admission of students into
BDS course.
This set of regulations shall be in addition to Convenor, EAMCET-2016 and Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) and Medical Council of India (MCI) stipulated with all the amendments thereto, and shall be binding on all students seeking admission into the Under Graduate program. In order to g
uarantee fairness and justice to all the parties concerned, any specific issues or matters of concern shall be addressed separately, by the appropriate authorities, as and when found necessary.
These regulations can also be downloaded along with the Application Form.
Application form will be available in the Office of the Principal, Malla Reddy Dental College for Women (MRDCW), Suraram Main Road, Jeedimetla, Hyderabad from 10:00 AM on 19thSeptember 2016 to 4:00 PM on 21stSeptember 2016.
Intake :Total BDS–100 seats Category C (NRI) Seats –15% of total intake
Eligibility Criteria :
The candidates should be Indian Nationals and should satisfy Local, Non-Local status requirement as laid down in the Telangana Educational Institutions (Regulation ofAdmission) Order, 1974. Selection will be done as per the procedure laid down in the G.O. P.No.646 dated 10.07.1979 as amended in G.O.Ms.No.42, Higher Education (EC2) Dept, dated 18.05.2009.Applicant should be supported financially by an NRI who must be a blood relative such as father / mother / brother / sister / uncle / aunt only.
Candidates should have completed the age of 17 years on or before 31stDecember of the year of admission and shall not have completed 21 years of age as on the 1
stJuly of that respective academic year.
