APEAMCET 2016 - NOTIFICATION FOR FINAL phase of Web options  for  filling up of  MBBS seats (UR) into  THE AFFILIATED MEDICAL COLLEGES IN THE STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH FOR THE YEAR 2016-17

In continuation of earlier Notification dated 03.10.2016, as per orders of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in its order dated 28.09.2016 in W.P(C).No.306 of 2004 for filling up of vacant of Unreserved seats. The University proposed for Final phase of web options for admission into MBBS Unreserved seats on 07.10.2016 from 6.00 AM to 12.00 Noon. The candidates who are not joined in MBBS course so-far can only exercise web options.
The candidates who got their original certificates verified in the first and final phase of verification of certificates are only eligible to exercise their options.

UNIVERSITY FEE:     Rs. 9,600/- for MBBS Course have to pay before obtaining allotment letter through payment Gateway by using Online payment method. (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking).
  
TUITION FEE: As per G.O.Ms.No.30, HM & FW., (C1) Department dt.17-04-2015 of Principal Secretary to Government of Andhra Pradesh (Private Un-aided Non Minority Medical and Dental Colleges).
Candidates are advised to make sure about their choice of seat while exercising their option, so that seats will not be wasted and other students will get opportunity.
The candidates have to remember who opted seats on 07.10.2016 and got allotment and if he/she does not join in the course, he/she will be debarred for admission into affiliated colleges of Dr. NTR UHS, Vijayawada for 2 years.

 1)   The candidates can exercise web options through http://medadm.apsche.ac.in
 2)  The selected candidates shall submit all original certificates and pay the University fee by  gateway method and college fee (as detailed in the earlier notification dated 30.07.2016).
3)   The University fee and other fees once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
4)   CANCELLATION FEE :     Rs.1,00,000/- towards cancellation fee is to be paid for cancellation of admission by the candidates who are provisionally selected into MBBS course in the Final Web Option (Web based) counseling  for the academic year 2016-17. They will also forfeit the University fee and tuition fee which was paid through payment Gateway by using Online payment method at the time of counseling as notified earlier.

NOTIFICATION FOR FIFTH AND FINAL phase of Web options  for  filling up of  BDS seats and under Sports & games category  (MBBS/BDS) into  THE AFFILIATED MEDICAL AND DENTAL COLLEGES IN THE STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH FOR THE YEAR 2016-17

In continuation of earlier Notification dated 29.09.2016, the University proposed for Fifth and Final phase of web options for admission into BDS Course on 05.10.2016 from 8.00 AM to 2.00 PM vacancies arose after fourth phase of web options due to not joining in Dental colleges of AU and SVU areas.

The exercising Web options for the vacancies under Sports & Games category (MBBS/BDS) seats for admission into Medical and Dental Colleges as per the orders of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, dated 29.09.2016 in SLA. C.C. No.18475-18476/2016 for local seats is also proposed on 05.10.2016. The candidates who got their original certificates verified in the first and final phase of verification of certificates are only eligible to exercise their options.

UNIVERSITY FEE:

     Rs. 9,600/- for both MBBS and BDS Courses have to pay before obtaining allotment letter through payment Gateway by using Online payment method. (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking).

     The candidates who are willing to slide from one Dental College to another Dental College in the Andhra Pradesh need not pay University fee again.

NOTIFICATION FOR SECOND phase of  Web options  for  filling up of  the seats into  THE AFFILIATED MEDICAL AND DENTAL COLLEGES IN STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH
In continuation of earlier notification dated 30.07.2016, the University proposes to  2nd phase of  exercising   web options   to fill up the vacant seats arose and also in the newly affiliated Medical and Dental colleges of AU and SVU  area as given below will be held on 24.09.2016 - 6.00 AM to 9.00 PM.

The  candidates can exercise  web options for  Special Category seats (NCC, CAP, Sports & Games)  for admission into MBBS/BDS courses for the year 2016-17 will be held on 24.09.2016 - 6.00 AM to 9.00 PM .

                    The candidates who got their original certificates verified in the first and final phases of verification of certificates are only eligible to exercise their options at Home or any Net center.
The candidates who secured admission in 1st counseling and wish to change their college/course according to their merit, will exercising their web options.


UNIVERSITY FEE:   

     Rs. 9,600/- for both MBBS and BDS Courses have to pay before obtaining allotment letter through payment Gateway by using Online payment method. (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking).
     The candidates who are willing to slide from one Medical College to another Medical College and one Dental College to another Dental College and Dental to Medical College  in the Andhra Pradesh need not pay  University fee again.      

TUITION FEE:

dt.17-04-2015 of Principal Secretary to Government of Andhra Pradesh (Private Un-aided Non Minority Medical and Dental Colleges).
Candidates while giving options should note that the seats vacated by the candidates selected in first counseling and slided   to  other college / course will be added & allotted simultaneously  during this counseling.
The details of seats available will be placed in the University Website on 23.09.2016.

Notification for First phase of web Based counseling for exercising options for admission in to MBBS / BDS Courses for the academic year 2016-17.

The EAMCET AP 2016. Candidates those who have attended for certificates verification as per the schedule notified by the University are only eligible for giving Web Options.

The First Phase of Web Based counseling for Exercising Options for Admission into MBBS / BDS Courses for the academic year 2016-17 in the affiliated colleges located in the State of Andhra Pradesh wil be held from Date;-06-08-2016 to 08-08-2016.

The seats under Physically Handicapped Quota as per Merit / Eligibility will be filled first by following Rules and Regulations and if any seats are left vacant those seats will be added to respective categories.
